What an increbible experience! What an honor !

I fill gifted to have been chosen by Cirque du Soleil to conduct their fabulous show Varekai!!!

From 2004 to 2007, I joined the 16 years non-stop Tour of legendary show Varekai, for  a bit more than 3 years in the USA and in Australia and New-Zealand.

6 weeks to 3 month per city, 10 show per week. Each of the 1200 shows I've conducted with the same passion has been an increbible challenge.

Conducting a Cirque du Soleil show is not comparable to classical conducting with baton. It's a creative way to conduct with vocal indications only: They call that "to call the show". Each show is different, dempending on who is on stage and who will do what, on that particular day.

Here is a sample of an act of the show, filmed from drummer Paul Bannerman's booth. You can hear what he hears, and you will hear my voice "calling". This video starts from the end of a clown act, going suddenly into this act.
